My friend and I frequent Wasabi grill in downtown every Wednesday for lunch. Displayed behind the sushi bar are 3 very impressive 180 gallon(?) reef tanks. Recently the owner noticed my friend and I staring blissfully at the tanks while commenting on the many different livestock inhabiting these tanks. Apparently its not just a decoration to the owners but a passion as her and her husband spoke with us for quite some time about their tanks and ours. I guess what impressed me the most was the fact that they do their own reefkeeping. Most businesses would normally hire a company to come in and handle this but both seem to have a great passion for it. This was most refreshing to hear.

That's so cool Kevin. Next time you are there tell them about us and ask them to join. Who knows we could help grow their business.

Best price I found online for sharks that size was 100$ a piece. They have two coral filled tanks and I think they just want to make that a third. Wasabi has great food. Have a meal and barter with them. Nice people.
